120 g (1/2 cup) sugar

85 g (1 package) Patience Fruit & Co Dried Wild Blueberries
30 g (2 tablespoons) chia seeds
Cooking time 30 minutes Portions 625 ml (2 ½ cups)
Wild blueberries change everything in a recipe. Naturally sweet, they’re super tasty, making this fresh grapes and blueberry jam just as mouth-watering as the jam your grandmother used to make – but with just a fraction of the sugar used in traditional recipes.
Using wild blueberries, dried slowly according to our secret method, means you can make this recipe year-round. Our blueberries rehydrate quickly when combined with grape juice for that just-picked feeling. A great way to bring summer to your breakfast table any time of year!
Bring grapes, sugar and lemon juice to a boil in large pan. Simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat, stirring frequently.
Add dried wild blueberries and continue cooking 5 to 10 minutes more. Add chia seeds, mix and allow to cool completely.
Can be frozen.
Chia seeds, which thicken as soon as they come into contact with liquid, add that great jammy texture – along with a healthy dose of nutrients!
