- 55 g (⅓ cup) Patience & Co’s organic 3 fruit blend, finely chopped

Offering our loved ones, or our better half, a lovingly baked treat is one of the most appreciated gifts, especially when they have a sweet tooth! These crunchy truffles, covered in chocolate and dried fruit, are so delicious that they are sure to become a classic.

- 155 g (1¼ cups) hazelnuts
- 100 g butter wafers

Steps

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a food processor, chop the hazelnuts and wafers very finely. Add the hazelnut and cocoa spread and blend until smooth.

Using your hands and an ice cream scoop that is approximately 1 tbsp (15 ml), form balls placing a dried cranberry in the centre. Place the balls on the baking sheet. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and stir in the finely chopped dried fruit. Coat the balls with the chocolate mixture and place them on the baking sheet. Put in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
