Packed with nutrients
All of our Chococrunch Bites are a source of dietary fibre, and depending on which blend you choose, you’ll also be nourishing yourself with iron and calcium. At Patience, we believe that snacking should be a guilt-free experience, and that you should never have to compromise on taste for the sake of being healthy. It’s the little things that make life special – and we want you to enjoy them all!
Oh so chocolatey
It’s a dream come true: indulging in a little chocolate can also be good for you! Three of our Patience Chococrunch Bites are made with dark chocolate (60% cocoa), and one is blended with silky milk chocolate. As you savour each bite, you’ll experience a burst of tangy cranberry, decadent chocolate, and – depending on the mix – coconut flakes, chai spices, raspberries, or chia seeds.
They’re crispy, they’re crunchy, and they have absolutely no added sugar: our signature Cranflakes® are made by slowly drying fresh cranberries at a low temperature in order to preserve their naturally occurring polyphenols and fibre. As water evaporates during the drying process, the cranberries’ nutrients become even more dense per gram, so we can pack even more goodness into every bite!
Frequently asked questions
Polyphenols are molecules that are synthesized by plants. They are found in many fruits and vegetables, green tea and even chocolate! It is the polyphenols, specifically the anthocyanins (a flavonoid,) that give a vivid color to many fruits and vegetables, including blueberries and cranberries. Find the amount of polyphenols per serving near the nutrition facts table for each of our different products!
Our organic cranberries are grown without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, artificial colours or additives, and genetically modified ingredients. We stay close to nature so that the berries that end up on your plate are as nourishing, delicious, and wholesome as possible.
Their crunchy texture adds even more crispness – and healthy goodness – to each bite! Cranberry seeds contain polyunsaturated fats such as omega 3, omega 6, and omega 9, as well as protein, vitamin E, and lots of fiber.
We recommend storing them in a temperate, dry place (15℃ to 18℃) and avoiding exposure to extreme cold or heat.
Don’t worry – this change simply means the fat inside the chocolate has migrated towards the surface as a result of temperature variations during storage. In some cases, the sugar may also form crystals on the surface of the chocolate when it comes into contact with ambient humidity.
