1 cup almonds
1 cup Patience Fruit & Co Whole & Juicy Dried Cranberries
1 cup pitted dates
1 tbsp grated unsweetened coconut
¼ cup mini dark chocolate chips

1 cup almonds
1 cup Patience Fruit & Co Whole & Juicy Dried Cranberries
1 cup pitted dates
1 tbsp grated unsweetened coconut

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse a few times, then continue blending until the ingredients start to form a ball.

Spread mixture on wax paper or plastic wrap using a spatula.

Form into a giant bar, wrap and chill in refrigerator at least an hour.

Cut to desired size, wrapping each bar in plastic wrap, then store in refrigerator.
