Dry-roast quinoa over medium heat in a non-stick pan for 1 minute. Remove from the heat when quinoa grains begin to burst. Set aside.
Place yogurt in a bowl. Add quinoa, Active Blend, blueberries and dates. Garnish with lemon zest.
