Yogurt Bowl with Quinoa Granola and Tropical Delight Active Blend

Ingredients

15 g (1 tablespoon) red quinoa (or the colour of your choice)

170 g (3/4 cup) plain or vanilla yogurt

30 g (3 tablespoons) Patience Fruit & Co. Tropical Delight Active Blend

Fresh blueberries or other fresh fruit of your choice

2 dried dates, cut into pieces

Zest of half a lemon (optional)

Here’s a quick and easy recipe for those hurry-up mornings (also great for a midday snack). With the big chunks of nuts and dried fruit in our Tropical Delight Active Blend, this bowl is a full meal – and your new favourite breakfast!

Steps

  1. Dry-roast quinoa over medium heat in a non-stick pan for 1 minute. Remove from the heat when quinoa grains begin to burst. Set aside.

  2. Place yogurt in a bowl. Add quinoa, Active Blend, blueberries and dates. Garnish with lemon zest.
