Ingredients
For the secret blueberry juice syrup
250 ml (1 cup) Patience Fruit & Co 100% Pure Wild Blueberry Juice
250 ml (1 cup) sugar
For the gin and tonic
1 1/2 oz gin
1/2 oz blueberry juice syrup
90 ml (3 oz) tonic water (we used 1642 Tonic)
Thin slices of lime (for garnish)
Cooking time Cooking: 10 minutes / Chilling (for the syrup): 1 to 24 hours Portions Makes 1 cocktail

For the secret blueberry juice syrup
Pour wild blueberry juice into a pan with sugar. Simmer over low heat till sugar has completely dissolved. Place in the fridge to cool (syrup will keep for up to 2 months, refrigerated in a tightly sealed container). -
For the gin and tonic
Fill highball glass with ice.
Add gin and wild blueberry syrup.
Stir with bar spoon.
Top with tonic water and garnish with lime.
