The Cortez – A Festive Punch

Ingredients

 
For the Cocktail:

12 Oz CIRKA Savage Gin
10 Oz Biologic Cranberry Juice Patience Fruit & Co
10 Oz of milk 3,5%

8 Oz dark chocolat syrup

 
For the Chocolate Syrup:
100g dark chocolate
500ml water
500ml sugar
 
Garnish:
Cranberries Patience Fruit & Co
dark chocolat

When I think of punch, I think of sharing. That is exactly what the Holiday Season is all about; sharing, warmth, and community. This cocktail is largely inspired by the rich chocolate of this time of cheer!

For the Chocolate Syrup:
100g dark chocolate
500ml water

Steps

  1. For the chocolate syrup:

    Put the chocolate and water in a pot. Bring to a boil mixing well until the chocolate melts. Add the sugar. Bring to a boil again. Take off the heat, and let cool.

  2. Put all the ingredients in a blender with a handful of ice, and the power at high for around 10 seconds. Filter into a punch bowel on fresh ice. Garnish

He was first a dishwasher, cook, busboy, waiter, manager, and barman. He characterizes himself as a "multifunctional swiss knife".
