– 60 ml (¼ cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips

In a large pot, melt the margarine and the coconut oil over low heat. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat.

Add the puffed quinoa, puffed brown rice, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and dried blueberries. Mix well.

Using a wooden spoon, spread and flatten the mixture into a 8.5 X 8.5-inch glass dish. Set aside.

Melt the chocolate. Set aside.

Cut the quinoa krispies into bars. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the bars.

If you want, sprinkle with dried blueberries.
