Peanut Butter, Jam, and Coffee Parfait

Ingredients

60 ml (1/4 cup) natural peanut butter, crunchy or regular

180 g (3/4 cup) plain or vanilla Greek yogurt

15 ml (1 tbsp) chia seeds

Moka Moments Artisan Blend, to taste

Reduced Sugar Express Strawberry Jam or store-bought jam, to taste

250 ml (1 cup) fresh or frozen strawberries

5 ml (1 tsp) sugar

Using a fork or your fingers, mash the strawberries and sugar together. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days.

Steps

  1. In a bowl or in a 250 ml (1 cup) capacity Mason-type jar, combine the peanut butter, yogurt, and chia seeds.

  2. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the chia seeds to swell.

  3. Add the Moka Moments Artisan Blend and the strawberry jam, if desired. Serve.

For a beautiful presentation, layer the peanut butter yogurt, strawberry jam, and Moka Moments Artisan Blend in a glass. For the best look, use a highball-type glass.
