Ingredients

30 g (1/3 cup) instant oatmeal flakes

80 ml (1/3 cup) Patience Fruit & Co Pure Organic Blueberry Juice

85 g (1/3 cup) plain yogurt

30 g (1/3 cup) fresh or frozen peaches, roughly chopped

Zest of 1/2 lime

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon Patience Fruit & Co Whole Dried Wild Blueberries

A breakfast that’s ready before you even open your eyes in the morning – that’s the deal with our Overnight Oatmeal. Put it together before bedtime and the creamy texture will develop magically as the flavours come together overnight. Play around with whatever fruit and juices you have in the house – there’s a different version for every morning!

Steps

  1. In a plastic container or glass Mason-type jar with a lid, mix oatmeal, blueberry juice, yogurt, peaches and lime zest. Cover dish or jar and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Add pumpkin seeds and dried blueberries at serving time.

Recommendations

Instead of peaches, try pineapple, strawberries, raspberries or cherries, and instead of blueberry juice, try cranberry or cherry juice.
