1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon Patience Fruit & Co Whole Dried Wild Blueberries

Put it together before bedtime and the creamy texture will develop magically as the flavours come together overnight. In a plastic container or glass Mason-type jar with a lid, mix oatmeal, blueberry juice, yogurt, peaches and lime zest. Cover dish or jar and refrigerate overnight.

Add pumpkin seeds and dried blueberries at serving time.
Recommendations
Instead of peaches, try pineapple, strawberries, raspberries or cherries, and instead of blueberry juice, try cranberry or cherry juice.
