Naan pizza with blueberries, goat cheese, caramelized onions and cranberries

Ingredients

– 1 small yellow onion

– 2 tbsp. butter

– 4-5 chives

– 125g fresh goat cheese

– ½ cup (70g) fresh blueberries

– ½ cup (50g) Patience Fruit & Co Whole & Soft dried cranberries

– 2 naan breads

– 1 cup arugula

No matter the occasion, personal naan pizzas are always a comforting treat! They’re easy to put together and can be prepared in minutes. Whip them up for your next quiet night in or when your friends come over for an impromptu 5 à 7!

Speaking of unexpected, you won’t believe how well blueberries, goat cheese, caramelized onions, and dried cranberries complement each other. A flavour combo for the ages!

Ingredients

– 1 small yellow onion

– 2 tbsp. butter

– 4-5 chives

– 125g fresh goat cheese

– ½ cup (70g) fresh blueberries

– ½ cup (50g) Patience Fruit & Co Whole & Soft dried cranberries

– 2 naan breads

– 1 cup arugula

Steps

  1. Finely mince the onion. In a skillet, melt butter. Add onion and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the onion is caramelized.

  2. Finely chop chives and mix with goat cheese.

  3. Evenly spread half of the goat cheese mixture on both naan breads and add caramelized onions.


  4. Top pizzas with blueberries and cranberries. Crumble remaining goat cheese over the pizzas.


  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes in a 300°F oven.

  6. In a bowl, place arugula, drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper and toss. Place upon baked pizzas. Enjoy!
