Ingredients

10  Medjool dates, pitted

375 ml (1 ½ cups) Moka Moments Active Blend

Chai spices (optional)

1 pinch sea salt

30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup (or honey or agave syrup)  

Almond flour (as needed)

A quick and easy recipe to enjoy with your morning coffee or for an energy boost before you head to the gym. They travel well, too, making them an ideal snack for whenever you’re on the go. Our Moka Moments Active Blend is a great time-saver too, crammed with dried cranberries, dark chocolate, almonds, hazelnuts, soybeans and gently roasted coffee.

10  Medjool dates, pitted

375 ml (1 ½ cups) Moka Moments Active Blend

Chai spices (optional)

1 pinch sea salt

30 ml (2 tablespoons) maple syrup (or honey or agave syrup)  

Almond flour (as needed)

Steps

  1. Place all ingredients except maple syrup in bowl of food processor. Turn on and add syrup in a stream. Mix until you have a smooth paste.

  2. Form balls with your hands, then roll in almond flour until coated.

Recommendations

Will keep at room temperature in a tightly sealed container for 1 week.

Can be frozen.
