Moka Moments Breakfast Bread

Ingredients

125 ml (1/2 cup) of dried and deseeded dates

250 ml (1 cup) of coconut milk

125 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar

1 egg

500 ml (2 cup) of all-purpose flour

5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking power

5 ml (1 teaspoon) of bicarbonate sodium

1 pack (130g) of the Patience Fruit & Co Moka Moments Active Blend

Since everyday starts with breakfast, here is a great healthy recipe to start off your day on the right foot.

Ingredients

125 ml (1/2 cup) of dried and deseeded dates

250 ml (1 cup) of coconut milk

125 ml (1/2 cup) of sugar

1 egg

500 ml (2 cup) of all-purpose flour

5 ml (1 teaspoon) of baking power

5 ml (1 teaspoon) of bicarbonate sodium

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a food processor, purée the dates with 60 ml (1/4 cup) of coconut milk.

  3. Add the rest of the coconut milk, sugar, and the egg. Mix well.

  4. Pour the preparation into a large bowl and put aside.

  5. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, bicarbonate sodium, and the Patience Fruit & Co Pause Moka Active Blend.

  6. Pour half the dry ingredients into the wet mix. Mix using a wooden spoon, until the mixture has a smooth texture. Repeat this with the rest of the dry ingredients.

  7. Empty the mixture into a baking dish of 23 x 13 cm (9 x 5 in) that has been greased or that is lined with wax paper.

  8. Cook in the center of the oven during 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

  9. Let cool down on a rack before removing from mold.
