2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) ground allspice
2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) ground ginger
2.5 ml (1/2 teaspoon) ground black pepper
1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) ground nutmeg
For the cranberry-hazelnut topping
5 g (1/3 cup) puffed brown rice cereal
60 g to 80 g (1/2 to ¾ cup) Fresh Organic Cranberries
50 g (1/3 cup) hazelnuts, halved

For the cranberry-spice blend

For the cranberry-hazelnut topping
5 g (1/3 cup) puffed brown rice cereal
60 g to 80 g (1/2 to ¾ cup) Fresh Organic Cranberries
50 g (1/3 cup) hazelnuts, halved

Line a 43 x 30 cm (17 x 12 in) cookie sheet or 28 x 17.5 (cm 11 x 17 in) rectangular mould (for thicker bark) with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides. Set aside.

Melt chocolate for 15 minutes, following instructions on the package. Make sure the cans are completely covered with water.

Mix all the cranberry-spice blend ingredients in a bowl. Set aside

Add cranberry-spice blend to can of dark chocolate and stir well.

Spread Chocolats Favoris Original Dark Chocolate Fondue on cookie sheet or mould in an even layer. Sprinkle with puffed brown rice. Pour can of Hazelnut Praline on top. Use the tip of a knife to create a marbled effect on the surface. Sprinkle with Patience Fruit & Co cranberries and hazelnuts and press in lightly.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chocolate feels firm. Using the tip of a knife, break preparation into chunks of bark. Serve.
