Place rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 160 °C (325 °F).

Mix dry ingredients in a big bowl.

Add maple syrup and oil and mix well.

Spread mixture on a baking sheet.

Bake for about 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.

Set aside to cool completely.

Add dried fruit and chocolate.

Store in airtight container.
