Giant S’more with Chococrunch Bites

Ingredients

115 g (about 1/3 of a box) Graham crackers, crushed (not too fine)

1 to 2 95-g packages Patience Fruit & Co Chococrunch Bites (your favourite flavour)

90 g (2 cups) marshmallows

Cooking time 3 to 5 minutes Portions 6 to 8 servings

It’s the classic summer dessert, enjoyed around the campfire, at the cottage or even baked in your own kitchen at home. We’ve updated the recipe and taken it to a whole new level, using our Chococrunch Bites and bumping up the size to jumbo, the better to share… Whichever flavour Chococrunch Bites you choose, we promise this recipe will be a big hit!

Steps

  1. Place Graham cracker crumbs on a buttered 22.8 cm x 4.1 cm (9 x 1 5/8 in.) aluminum tray or in a cast-iron pan. Add Chococrunch Bites and marshmallows.

  2. Cook on the BBQ, over a wood fire or in the oven at 350 F for 3 to 5 minutes or until Bites have melted and marshmallows have browned. Remove from the heat.

  3. Place in the middle of the table with spoons so everyone can dig in!
