Fruit salad with cherry juice

Ingredients

1 cup (250 ml) of red raisins, cut in half

1 cup (250 ml) of blueberries

1 cup (250 ml) of strawberries, cut in 4

1 cup (250 ml) of pineapple, cut in cubes

1 cup (250 ml) of apple, cut in cubes

1 cup (250 ml) of fresh raspberries

½ cup (125 ml) of maple syrup

½ cup (125 ml) of Pure Unsweetened Organic Cherry Juice

Cooking time Resting time: 30 minutes Portions 6-8

We don’t know about you, but we consider that adding cherry in a fruit salad is… the cherry on the salad! This is what gave us the idea of making a fresh fruit salad with the best of the best: cherry juice!

We promise, it will be your dessert of choice this summer. Plus, it’s colorful and wonderful!

Steps

  1. In a bowl, mix all fruits. Reserve.

  2. In another bowl, mix the maple syrup and the juice. Pour on fruits. Mix and serve.
