Fruit rolls are funny, amusing and perfect for kids. They’re even better homemade with pure ingredients. These are made with real fruits, with a minimum of sugar added. And the raspberry-cranberry combo is always a win, for kids and adults!

Steps

  1. Place the grill in the middle position. Preheat the oven to 150 °F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

  2. In the food processor’s bowl, grind all the ingredients until smooth. Add cranberry juice if the preparation is too thick.

  3. Pour the preparation on the baking sheet. Using a spatula, spread everything well in a very thin layer about 2 or 3 mm thick (⅛ in). Bake for about 4 hours, then let cool completely.

  4. Gently loosen the dried fruit puree from the baking sheet. Using scissors, cut into strips to make rolls.
