CRANBERRY & COFFEE SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

250 ml (1 cup) black coffee, refrigerated

125 ml (1/2 cup) milk

1 ½ bananas

60 ml (1/4 cup) oatmeal flakes

15 ml (1 tablespoon) maple syrup

15 ml (1 tablespoon) cocoa

1 ml (1/8 teaspoon) cinnamon

60 ml (¼ cup) Patience Fruit & Co Moka Moments Active Blend

Preparation time 10 minutes Portions 625 ml (2 ½ cups)

What’s really great about these smoothies is that you can make them ahead of time. Mix them up on Sunday evening, freeze them in ice cube trays and enjoy a fresh breakfast every morning all week long!

The night before, all you have to do is take a few smoothie cubes out of the freezer, pop them into a glass and put it in the fridge. Nothing more to do at the crack of dawn – your breakfast is ready to go! That’s what we call a smart start…

Steps

  1. Combine all ingredients except Artisan Blend in a blender and mix until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with Artisan Blend.

  3. Serve.
