125 ml (1/2 cup) milk
1 ½ bananas
60 ml (1/4 cup) oatmeal flakes
15 ml (1 tablespoon) maple syrup
15 ml (1 tablespoon) cocoa
1 ml (1/8 teaspoon) cinnamon
60 ml (¼ cup) Patience Fruit & Co Moka Moments Active Blend
