Cranberry, Roasted Almonds, and Honey Baked Brie

Ingredients

60 ml (¼ cup) almonds

60 ml (¼ cup) honey

60 ml (¼ cup) Patience Fruit & Co Whole & Juicy dried cranberries

300 g Brie cheese

Preparation time 5-10 minutes
Cooking time 15-20 minutes Portions 6-8 portions

Ingredients

60 ml (¼ cup) almonds

60 ml (¼ cup) honey

60 ml (¼ cup) Patience Fruit & Co Whole & Juicy dried cranberries

300 g Brie cheese

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

  2. In a food processor, pulse the almonds until they’re chopped in small pieces.

  3. Transfer the almonds to a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.

  4. In a bowl, combine the roasted almonds and the honey. Add the cranberries.

  5. Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 10 minutes.

  6. Top the cheese with the cranberry, roasted almond, and honey mixture.

  7. Enjoy with bread or crackers.
