Ingredients
For the chia pudding:
– 375 ml (1 ½ cups) coconut milk (or other plant milk/cow milk)
– 180 ml (3/4 cup) vanilla Greek yogurt
– 80 ml (1/3 cup) chia seeds
For the chocolate granola:
– 750 ml (3 cups) oat flakes
– 180 ml (¾ cup) slivered almonds
– 125 ml (½ cup) shredded coconut
– 125 ml (½ cup) cacao powder
– 125 ml (½ cup) coconut oil, melted
– 125 ml (½ cup) maple syrup
– 1 packet Patience Fruit & Co Moka Moments

Ingredients
For the chia pudding:
– 375 ml (1 ½ cups) coconut milk (or other plant milk/cow milk)
– 180 ml (3/4 cup) vanilla Greek yogurt
– 80 ml (1/3 cup) chia seeds
For the chocolate granola:
– 750 ml (3 cups) oat flakes
– 180 ml (¾ cup) slivered almonds
– 125 ml (½ cup) shredded coconut
– 125 ml (½ cup) cacao powder
– 125 ml (½ cup) coconut oil, melted
– 125 ml (½ cup) maple syrup
– 1 packet Patience Fruit & Co Moka Moments

In a bowl, combine all the pudding ingredients and stir until well mixed.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the chia mixture to thicken.

Place the rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat to 350°F.

In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flakes, almonds, coconut, cocoa, coconut oil and maple syrup.

On a baking sheet, spread the granola mixture evenly and bake for about 45 minutes. Turn the mixture halfway through.

Let stand for 1 hour, and then add the Moka Moments to the mixture.

Just before serving, put the chia pudding in a small bowl and top with the chocolate granola. Enjoy!
