Ingredients

For the smoothie:

– 500 ml (2 cups) frozen strawberries
– 2 bananas
– 250 ml (1 cup) Patience Fruit & Co pure organic blueberry juice
– 15 ml (1 tablespoon) almond butter

 

For the garnish:

– Hemp seeds
– Chia seeds
– Wholegrain buckwheat
– Fresh strawberries
– Fresh blueberries
– Fresh raspberries

Steps

  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and garnish with seeds, nuts and/or fresh fruit.
