60 ml (¼ cup) cold water
60 ml (¼ cup) boiling water
60 g (1/4 cup) raw sugar (or granulated sugar)
250 ml (1 cup) Patience Fruit & Co Juice (your choice of cranberry, blueberry or cherry)
125 ml (½ cup) white grape juice
For the topping
Crème fraîche
Fresh berries of your choice (strawberries, raspberry, blueberries, blackberries, etc.)

In a big bowl with pouring spot or a large measuring cup (1 litre), add gelatin to cold water according to package instructions. Stir well.

Add boiling water and stir constantly until gelatin has completely dissolved. If necessary, heat mixture for 15 seconds in the microwave. Add sugar and juices and stir again.

Divide mixture among glasses or bowls. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with a big dollop of crème fraîche and fresh fruit.
