Here’s our favorite recipe:



  1. Mix the honey, almond butter, and sea salt in a bowl.
  2. Add the chia seeds, sesame seeds, oats, pecans, cranberries, and chocolate. Stir until a uniform mixture is obtained.
  3. Let rest for an hour in the refrigerator.
  4. Using a spoon, form small, compact balls and enjoy during your snack times!

Blueberry oatmeal cookies

Discover our recipe for healthy and quick cookies in a low-fat version with no peanuts or nuts. A perfectly suitable snack that will please the whole family!


  • 1/2 cup date paste
  • 1/2 cup 0% plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking rolled oats (old-fashioned oatmeal)
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds, ground
  • 40 g dried wild blueberries


  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the dates, Greek yogurt, egg, and vanilla extract. Then, add the baking soda, salt, and baking powder.
  3. Add the flour, oats, flax seeds, and dried blueberries.
  4. With a tablespoon, form about a dozen cookies, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for about fifteen minutes or until a toothpick comes out without any dough. Let cool before tasting.
