Made with frozen bananas and so easy to prepare, Nice Cream is a summer treat that’s super-refreshing and super-healthy! Bananas make a great base for a silky-smooth, fat-free “faux” ice cream, with no added sugar. It’s simply irresistible, especially with our fabulous dried wild blueberries.
In a food processor or blender, mix bananas with soy beverage and blueberries until smooth. Pour into a bowl and stir well. (You might want to keep a few whole blueberries to add after mixing the ingredients.)
Serve immediately or put in the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes if you want to scoop out balls of Nice Cream.
For a naturally sweeter version, add 125 ml (1/2 cup) of Patience Fruit & Co Pure Organic Blueberry Juice when assembling the mixture.
