Transfer to the prepared pan and press down firmly. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Cut into bars. The bars will keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
Recommendations
These fruit bars are the ideal snack to have before a work out because they are full of natural sugars, which provide all the energy your muscles need during the workout. Because fruit paste can stick to your teeth, we suggest enjoying the bars with a piece of hard cheese. The combo makes for a deliciously healthy snack!
