Rosé Berry Sangria

Ingredients

1 bottle (750 ml) chilled rosé wine

30 ml (2 tablespoons) of Soho (lychee liqueur)

125 ml (½ cup) Patience Fruit & Co cranberry juice

1 can (355 ml) of Sprite (or 7Up)

60 ml (¼ cup) blueberries

125 ml (½ cup) blackberries

1 sliced lime

Ice cubes

 

 

Preparation time 10 minutes Portions 1 L (4 cups)

Who doesn’t enjoy a drink by the pool or on a patio with friends? And what’s a more refreshing drink to serve your guests than a timeless mixed berry sangria, made by combining rosé, lychee liqueurcranberry juice and a sparkling soda? For those who like simple recipes that can be prepared in a jiffy, which leaves you more time with your guests, this recipe is just the ticket!

Steps

  1. Mix the wine, Soho, cranberry juice and soft drink in a pitcher.

  2. Add the blueberries, blackberries and ice cubes.

  3. Serve and garnish with a slice of lime.
