Ingredients

250 ml (1 cup) almonds

250 ml (1 cup) Patience Fruit & Co Whole & Juicy Dried Cranberries

250 ml (1 cup) pitted dates

15 ml (1 tbsp) grated unsweetened coconut

60 ml (¼ cup) mini dark chocolate chips

Feeling low on energy while at work or training at the gym? Here’s a quick, no-bake recipe that’s also easy to make. The best part? These energy bars are gluten free!

Ingredients

250 ml (1 cup) almonds

250 ml (1 cup) Patience Fruit & Co Whole & Juicy Dried Cranberries

250 ml (1 cup) pitted dates

15 ml (1 tbsp) grated unsweetened coconut

60 ml (¼ cup) mini dark chocolate chips

Steps

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Pulse a few times, then continue blending until the ingredients start to form a ball.

  2. Spread mixture on wax paper or plastic wrap using a spatula.

  3. Form into a giant bar, wrap and chill in refrigerator at least an hour.

  4. Cut to desired size, wrapping each bar in plastic wrap, then store in refrigerator.
