The month of February is a perfect opportunity to show your love: any small gesture that comes from the heart matters. So, this Valentine’s Day, what could be better than taking the time to make something delicious to show your significant other how much you care?
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a food processor, pulse the almonds until they’re chopped in small pieces.
Transfer the almonds to a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes.
In a bowl, combine the roasted almonds and the honey. Add the cranberries.
Place the Brie cheese on a baking sheet and bake for 5 to 10 minutes.
Top the cheese with the cranberry, roasted almond, and honey mixture.
Enjoy with bread or crackers.
