Place the milk, vegetable oil, cranberries, and chocolate chips in a 500 ml wide mouth Mason-type jar.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix, using a fork, until you reach a smooth consistency.

Cook in the microwave at the high powder setting for two minutes. Let cool for two minutes before serving.
Recommendations
You can also cook the cake in two separate portions by using two 2 cup jars and reducing the cooking time to 90 seconds. The recipe can also be doubled easily.
